Parts Counter 

 

General Duties:

·         Conduct sales of HVAC parts, equipment and supplies over the phone and at the counter

·         Identify and order parts

·         Provide technical assistance to customers

·         Receive and process customer orders

·         Respond to customer inquiries, questions and complaints regarding products or services

·         Assist in warranty administration of parts

·         Follow up using email or other methods regarding orders, pricing and other issues to ensure customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications:

·         Good mechanical aptitude

·         Parts experience preferred

·         Basic computer skills

 

 

Service/ Parts Support Admin. Assistant

 

General Duties:

·         Provide support to project managers, project engineers and sales team

·         Assist service sales by quoting jobs, compiling parts lists, parts ID and orders

·         Research vendors and proposals

·         Hires and arranges work with sub-contractors

·         Documents expenses by issuing purchases orders

·         Locate and distribute parts

·         Assist with scheduling and dispatching of technicians

·         Arrange for tools and equipment to be on-site

·         Follow up with clients

·         Field customer inquiries

 

Qualifications:

·         3-5 years’ office support experience required

·         Great customer skills required

·         Proficient with Microsoft products

·         Detail oriented and accurate

·         Communicate effectively and be dependable   

·         Able to prioritize work and switch between multiple tasks easily

 

Sales Position

 

General Duties:

·         Job site visits to new and existing clients

·         Survey sites for equipment maintenance requirements

·         Provide knowledge and consultation in developing HVAC and energy related solutions

·         Market building controls

·         Provide proposals for service repairs, time and material repairs, replacements and comfort/energy solutions- close the sale

·         Provide project management assistance when needed

·         Subcontractor negotiation for electrical or other system requirements

·         Assist in providing information for billing and invoicing

·         Build relations on multiple levels (facility manager, project managers and engineers, etc.)

 

 

Qualifications:

·         2+ years’ experience sales related

·         Technical/mechanical background is highly desired

·         Must be customer driven and outgoing

·         Valid driver license
